1. Use of Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Ramses Coiffure reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All pieces offered by Ramses Coiffure — including ready-to-wear wigs and custom commissions — are handcrafted to order. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes; natural variations in hair texture, colour, and density are inherent to the craft and do not constitute a defect. Custom pieces are made to the specifications you provide and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features — such as order history and saved preferences — you may create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers — Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna — subject to their respective terms. All sales are final. If your payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you accordingly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Ramses Coiffure is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products and the bespoke craftsmanship involved, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, hair pieces, or custom orders unless an item arrives materially damaged or substantially different from what was ordered. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to info@ramsescoiffure.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, video, written copy, logos, product designs, and branding — is the exclusive property of Ramses Coiffure or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our materials without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Interfere with or disrupt our website, servers, or networks
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Impersonate Ramses Coiffure or any of its representatives
